Welcome to Le Bourguignon!

It was during my twenties when I began my culinary journey in France. After spending three years in Lyon and Montpellier, I ended my days in France at a restaurant called Ecusson located in Beaune, a town in the Burdungy region. The days that I spent at the restaurant, in that town, has become a treasure in my life as a chef. The ingenious ideas and motivation of the chef, the passion of the wine growers, and the cheerful conversations with the locals gathered around food… Those fun, delicious, and stimulating memories in Burgundy are the basis of my restaurant.

Through French cuisine, I want to give my customers happiness and fulfillment. The French sensation brought by the florid appetizers The harmony of flavors of the main dishes Paired with the perfect wine, here divine moment for you.

While keeping an authentic base, I always try to create a dish that values the Japanese senses with a tinge of my own taste. For the first-timers, I want to provide a delightful discovery of French cuisine, and for my familiar guests, I want their dining experience to always be a pleasure. I give sincere hospitality to each and every one of my guests.

Hearing my customers say, “It was delicious!” and most of all, “I will come again,” is the greatest of my pleasures.
